Under no circumstance should you refuse an order that has external damage to the box or packaging. Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many products, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. Additionally, often times boxes will appear severely damaged on the outside from shipping transit, but the contents are undamaged and intact. Furthermore if a single part is damaged or hardware bag is missing, it does not require the entire order to be shipped back to us for us to quickly remedy the issue. Shipment Refusal Process
1) We will notify our warehouse to anticipate a returned refused package. A replacement order will not be shipped until the original order is received back in our warehouse.
2) Once the package is received we will inspect the box for any associated damaged or missing contents.
3) We will contact you via email to confirm if you would like a replacement order shipped and the applicable charges for your Shipment Refusal. We will also give you the option to simply return your order in accordance with our Standard Return Policy.
4) Please allow 7-10 Business days from the date of Shipment Refusal for us to process your return.
